Our products and solutions help to diagnose, prevent, and treat illnesses, further scientific research and keep people safe.We have an open position for an Associate Territory Manager to cover Scotland and North East of England on a 14 month FTC.What is the purpose of this role?This position is responsible for establishing direct sales of the Olympus Respiratory (RES) product range on the designated territory.Key ResponsibilitiesSales ManagementDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, prospects, and key accounts for targeted marketing and sales efforts.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our respiratory and endosonography equipment.Collaborate with internal sales support, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.Customer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including respiratory therapists, pulmonologists, gastroenterologists, and other associated healthcare professionals.Conduct regular meetings and communications with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide ongoing support and assistance.Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering expertise and guidance on our product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in Respiratory and Endosonography procedures.Market Analysis intelligence and trendsMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to Respiratory and Endosonography equipment and procedures in designated territory.Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement, new product development, and market expansion.Using CRM provide regular reports and sales activity updates, market trends, and customer feedback to management and relevant stakeholders.Training and EducationStay current on product knowledge, clinical applications, and industry developments related to Respiratory and Endosonography equipment through ongoing training and professional development activities.Provide training and educational resources to customers and key stakeholders on product features, usage guidelines, and best practices in Respiratory and Endosonography procedures.To be considered for this role you will needDegree level qualification - desirableMedical background preferred but not essentialExperience within a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare industry strongly preferredTM minimum 12 months experienceSenior TM minimum 3 Years’ experience with track record of successSelf-motivated with a strong will to succeedHighly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands & prioritiesDemonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customersClear and concise written and spoken communication skillsHighly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfactionFocussed personal continuous improvement & developmentWhat does Olympus offer?In addition to a competitive salary, Olympus contributes greatly to employee pensionsAll employees are eligible for private medical cover and life assuranceA generous annual leave entitlement which increases over your length of serviceWe have a subsidised staff restaurant on-site at our UK HQ (and free parking, of course)Company Car or Car AllowanceIncentive PackageAt Olympus, we have a dedicated in-house Talent team that cover all areas of the business.
