As our End User Business Development Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:Build a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities from the fortune 2000Field based position with 60% of your time spent travelling and visiting customersManage & develop assigned named end user accounts within your region.Ability to close opportunities in order to achieve targetsDevelop and execute the Account Strategy for all end user accounts, including account plansIntroduce the latest products and solutions to all opportunitiesSupport and deliver training to consultants and specifiers in region where required.Conduct regular market analysis to determine the customer's needsRepresent the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetingsCollaborate across different business areas in HID to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needsMaintain end user & consultant details, activities and opportunities using CRMMaintain up to date knowledge of all HID Products and competitive productsPrepare and submit accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools providedDeliver excellent customer service. Your Experience and Education include:A minimum of 5 years' experience managing key accountsBachelor's degree or Equivalent Demonstrable ability to hit sales targetsPrevious experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage.Experience in a solution selling environment specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable.
