We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to focus on aftermarket products and provide exceptional customer service for our client based in Altrincham...Manage primary aftermarket customer relationships (B2B) and support activitiesProactively sell aftermarket products and communicate value to customersCreate and execute account plans for larger customersCollaborate with Outside Sales and Account Management Teams for strategic accountsDevelop and maintain customer network through virtual engagementPromote all Lines of Business brands/technologies equallyProvide product knowledge and technical advice to customersCoordinate with internal teams to support customer needsPrepare and present regular account sales reviews and forecastsUpdate CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and other IT systems to reflect customer contactsAnalyze sales tools to understand customer needs and drive salesGather and maintain relevant business intelligenceCreate, follow up, and expedite offers and ordersRequirements:Past sales or customer service experienceBusiness to Business (B2B) experienceCustomer-focused and solution-oriented.Sales ‘hunter’ mentalityAnalytical & process drivenMethodical way of working with content & data focusStrong verbal, presentation, and written skills.Strong selling skillsFamiliarity and mastery over digital engagement tools (e.g. Teams / Zoom etc.) to be able to run sales calls digitallyWillingness to learn and continually improve.Hours: 37.5hrs per week Mon - FriLocation: Altrincham (Hybrid working following training - 3 days office / 2 days working from home)Salary: up to £35,000 + Uncapped OTE + Benefits
