Role:We are seeking a Social Media & Community Manager who will play a critical role in managing the brand’s social media channels, managing our coveted community, support on brand partnerships, generate social insights and be responsible for helping to create content for all social media channels. You will report to the to the Head of MarketingResponsibilities:Create coherent Social Media strategies and manage the content calendar of all Social Channels, to deliver both upper funnel and lower funnel objectives in line with the marketing calendarGrow the brand’s presence on existing platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedInIdeate and execute engaging content tailored to each platform in collaboration with Design, Content, Clinic, Brand Partnerships and eCommerce team, ensuring content is reflecting overall brand aesthetic at all timesBriefing captions and copy for posts to our in-house copywriter, ensuring they are reflecting the Founder’s vision and brand tone of voiceManage influencer strategy and engage with our community online, managing daily outreach and responding to comments and messagesAct as our brand ambassador, embodying our values and voice to external audiencesDevelop creative influencer briefs and campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with broader marketing strategyOversee influencer content creation, ensuring brand alignment Collect audience data and competitor analysis on in-depth social performance, using this information to improve future marketing strategies and campaignsDay to day management of Social Media channels including posting and commenting. Working closely with the content team to ensure the aesthetic of Instagram grid is top-of-mind and aligned with the Founder’s vision Stays ahead of the curve when it comes to innovation on social platformsWillingness to generate new ideas, to test and experiment whilst always staying on-brandRequirements:Fit with our with our core values of; Integrity, Resilience, Commitment and InnovationPassionate about indie beauty and skincareMinimum 3 years’ experience in social mediaProficiency in all social media platformsFluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking based on data and insightsA strong understanding of video content for social, particularly across Instagram and TikTokConfident when filming social content with brand Founder and meeting with influencersExcellent communication skills with the confidence to lead on all social conversations to senior stakeholdersAbility to work in a team environment as well as independentlyResilient, able to adapt to change and look for opportunities to continuously improve all elements of the businessForensic attention to detailAccountability and ownership of your workDemonstrates a well-rounded thought-process.
