This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a Global Top 100 employer!What You'll Do:Strategy & PlanningRepresent our team (LCM) and provide ideas and solutions that tie into the data driven strategy that we promote.Responsible for developing and documenting plans that outline how to best use the various LCM surfaces (email, desktop notifications and in-product placements) to drive revenue and product usage across strategic & tactical initiatives.Understanding the business priorities, opportunity sizes and resource availability will advise your strategy.Make use of a variety of data models and insights to determine the best approach.Ensure we are aligned with Global and Regional priorities and initiatives to ensure that locally driven campaigns are operating in whitespace and deliver incremental benefit to the business.ExecutionRolling out the programs will require a mix of close collaboration with partnering teams in EMEA, US, and JAPAC (e.g. tech, campaign, web, sales) as well as hands-on involvement.You will closely run projects through-out the whole project cycle (conception, definition, execution, monitoring, reporting, closing)Ensure that campaigns are set up and detailed in the Workfront project management tool, ready for deployment.Measuring and SuccessUnderstand what success look like up frontMake sure that important metrics are actionable in terms of future refinement, tied into the overall business priorities, and that they are communicated across all partnering teamsSet up campaigns in a way that the metrics can be measuredEstablish testing frameworks where possible to assess business impactCommunicating OutResponsible for communicating in-quarter results across the teamShowcasing program progress and successes to partnering teamsFeeding into and presenting results at quarter end reviewsWhat You Need To Succeed:Proven experience in acquisition and retention related roles with a growth mindset, a proven understanding of CRM and experience in solving business problems.Demonstrable experience in planning and execution of pan-EMEA email marketing campaigns in a consumer/e-commerce environment.Excellent analytical skills for data-led decision making.Proven track record to analyse, size and prioritize opportunities.The perfect candidate is well organized, reliable and able to handle sophisticated projects involving multiple partners.
