PBS (Semco UK) are looking for a SMC Administrator to join our team on a 6 month basis.The SMC Administrator will be responsible for providing general administrative support, including managing communications, scheduling and documentation. Additionally, they will assist with Supply Chain and Contracts administrative tasks such as order processing, equipment tracking, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.Details/duties:Manage and report monthly KPIs to the necessary StakeholdersParticipation in internal & external meetingsAdhere to procedures for SMC ProcurementGenerating Service Orders and associated admin tasksHire Equipment ManagementInvoice processing and query reconciliationCreating agendas, monthly reports and taking meeting minutesAssist with the digitalisation of SMC ProcessesAny other duties as required by SMC LeadQualifications/Experience required: Proven oil & gas industry experience in a similar positionProficient in Microsoft Office ProgrammesPrevious knowledge and experience in SAP preferredCommunication skills, internal and external and excellent organisational skills
