The Junior Resource Manager sits within a team ofthree, whose duties span resource management, reporting, team coordination, talentacquisition, training and development, and the overall people experience. You will be integral inbringing together people and skills to deliver great work in a thriving environment, within acommercial structure that delivers value to the business.ABOUT THE ROLE:The Junior Resource Manager is responsible for the smooth day-to-day co-ordination of ourbusy studio. Maintaining and evolving processes and routines accordingly, as we adapt andchange to meet the needs for the work and clients.You will be working closely with the Operations Manager to develop and execute:Resourcing of the StudioThe Studio equipmentCultural and team-building strategiesContractor Recruitment strategies & implementationWorking processesOperational processesOperational toolsHybrid working tools and processKEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Working closely with the project managers and discipline leads to understand therequirements for each project.Have a complete understanding of all disciplines in the studio to enable the effectiveallocation of staff to project needs.Responsible for coordinating resource management by working with the project leads tobook internal resources in London and Prague, as well as freelance resources whenrequired.Work closely with Recruitment & the Operation Manager to determine freelance andpermanent hiring needs, support the interview process and related admin.Work alongside the Operations Manager to oversee the induction process for all newteam members (permanent and freelance), making sure the teams have all necessaryinfo at the start of their time in Bernadette.Responsible for setting up contractors on our internal systems and arranging equipment(liaising with HR and IT).Responsible for contractor extensions by liaising with HR.Run the Bernadette website hosting trackers and ensure finance teams are aware ofinvoices.Support the facilitation and management of the cross-office production resourceworkflow between London, Prague and the rest of the partnership.Being a face of Bernadette, especially welcoming perm and freelance team members fortheir day one introductions & walk rounds with key people.Playing a key role in populating and maintaining the Bernadette team culture alongsidethe Operations team.ABOUT YOU:Strong experience in the digital industry with working knowledge of resourcemanagement, of some kind.Experience in motivating project teams, inspiring teamwork, taking a leadership role andrunning meetingsHighly organised, excellent attention to detail and a confident communicatorFocussed and a team playerAbility to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
