The role involves providing business planning and analytical support, working closely with sales operations, commercial functions, and business planning teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Planning & Reporting:Manage annual budget processes, ongoing business reporting, and monthly sales and finance forecasting.Develop and maintain key account business plans.Enhance business planning tools and processes.Commercial Analysis:Provide commercial analysis to support business decisions.Conduct monthly performance analysis against budget.Maintain pricing strategies for top customers and review market opportunities and profitability.Compile category analysis and research to develop insights.Undertake price and promotional analysis.Customer Reporting and Analysis:Support key account performance reviews and opportunity assessments.Develop and maintain Key Account Joint Business Trackers.Provide distribution and rate of sale analysis.Utilize customer portals and data for joint business goals.Assess customer promotional and marketing initiatives.To apply for this role you’ll display the following:Previous experience in Commercial Planning, Business Planning or Commercial FinanceExperience within the consumer goods or retail industryStrong analytical skills and decision-making abilityPlanning, organization, collaboration and teamwork skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsPower BI experience would be beneficial however, the business is willing to provide training if neededFull right to work in the UK is required, the business is unable to provide sponsorship for this roleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a leading company in the FMCG sector.
