Role Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our charity’s marketing team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing primarily digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and ultimately drive sales of the ARTHOUSE Unlimited artist’s work. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a creative mindset. This job will offer you the chance to build on existing experience, to try new things, and develop skills in new channels.Role Responsibilities:Manage & optimise x 2 Shopify eCommerce websites (B2C & B2B), building out journeys, content & testing plans Support on the planning and implementation of all marketing campaigns across online and offline channelsCreate and manage content for marketing channels such as social media posts and website contentCoordinate with designers to create compelling and visually appealing digital assets and brand asset librariesRegularly monitor and analyse the performance of the website and marketing campaignsManage social media platforms and engage with followers to build brand loyaltyIdentify and implement possibilities for SEO growth, including reviewing and ensuring the website adheres to best practiceCoordinate with external agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives such as online advertising and retargeting campaignsConduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferencesAttend and work at trade shows as and when required supporting the Trade Sales TeamConduct Ad hoc marketing admin tasksWhat we’re looking for: A strong understanding of and connection with ARTHOUSE Unlimited, essentialMin 2 years proven experience as a Marketing Executive in B2C environment, retail is a plus Experience of working or volunteering in the charity sector also a plusKeen interest and experience in digital marketing tools and techniquesExperience with Content Management Systems (CMS) essential, Shopify preferredStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, experience of GA4 and Shopify Reports a plusExcellent communication and copywriting skillsStrong creative outlook, with excellent presentation skills and working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Canva a plus)Experience of email campaign tools a must, Mailchimp and/or Klayvio preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience managing social media platformsExperience setting up and managing Google and Meta adverts a plus Other info:Full Time role, office based, location Godalming, Surrey, UKBenefits include 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Contributory Pension, Health Care package, Staff DiscountsSalary range £25-£28k dependent on experienceReports into Marketing ManagerTo apply:Please email gevans@arthouseunlimited.org for Job Spec, Salary Details and an Application Form.
