What you’ll doWe are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and proactive Client Development Administrator to join our busy Client Development & Marketing team on a full time basis in our Exeter office.As an integral part of a growing team, you’ll learn best practice across the end-to-end business development cycle and will play an essential role in helping the team to deliver a great service to the business and its clients. You’ll support and gain experience in the full range of business development activities from managing action plans, researching clients and preparing proposals, to client data management.This is a varied and fast paced role that will offer the opportunity to get involved with team projects in all areas of client development, building your experience and using your skills to help the firm grow. Who you areIf you are an experienced administrator looking to work in a business development environment or you are looking for your first step into a business-to-business marketing and development career - this is a great opportunity.You will work across all specialisms in the team (business development, bids/tender production, CRM system administration and data management) therefore an interest or experience in any of these areas would be beneficial but not essential.You'll be an enthusiastic, well-organised self-starter who enjoys working within a busy team and independently, and will demonstrate an ability to respond to the needs of the business, acting professionally and ethically to protect the confidentiality of the Firm and its people.As a strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for building effective working relationships across all levels.
