Due to phenomenal growth and success, the opportunity to recruit a National Account Manager has arisen to support the Head of Trade and Wholesale in delivering on the strategic ambitions of the wider business. Responsibilities Establish and maintain excellent relationships at all levels with key accounts: Boots, Look Fantastic, Argos, Superdrug and Holland and BarrettWork with retailers to: Create and implement price promotional plans, activation plans, analyse stock needs, build forecasts and chase ordersJBP responsibilityNegotiate cost prices Manage, track and forecast sales performanceProvide clear and constructive input on brand stock forecastingWork with NPD team to support with customer feedback, pricing analysis and deadlinesManage new account set up end to endArrange regular meetings and plan key range review events in order to present progressupdates and sell-in new range opportunities in line with strategic objectives of the brandsRequirements 2-3 years minimum experience as an Account Manager for major UK retailers, QVC also advantageous From a category such as beauty, healthcare, cosmeticsStrong capabilities in Excel (intermediate level) / PowerPoint skills to underpin rigorouscommercial data understanding and sales presentation skills.Driven & self-motivated, a strong planner and well organised.A strong analytical and strategic thinker that can process data clearly and unemotionally, and make difficult decisions backed up by clear evidence and dataSolve problems creatively for customers to balance the aims of the business while accommodating the key accounts needsA diligent worker, able to balance own priorities while supporting wider team efforts and helping make the work of key account buyers easier.Office based 2x days per week, 3 days working from home or with customers (subject to business needs)
