Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the Customer Support Representative will have the ability to adapt quickly into a new fast paced environment, work on their own initiative, be self-motivated and reliable.Experience & SkillsConversant with Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication and telephone skills requiredAwareness of multi-currency processes (GBP and $)Keen Eye for detail and high level of accuracy at all times is requiredHigh level of numeracy and literacyAble to use own initiative, training tools and company proceduresAbility to learn in-house software systemsKnowledge of export compliance and logistics would be advantageous, although training will be givenAbility to work within a small team under pressure and as an individualDuties & ResponsibilitiesDesignated Account responsibility, dealing directly with our Manufacturing partnerQuote and Data entryManual Order entry, Order Processing & Order acknowledgementsIn-house communication with New York, Sales Managers and Product ManagersSetup of new customer accounts, processing Application Forms, End User StatementsRunning weekly systems reports and performing updates to Sales Orders where necessaryManagement of weekly Order Books and Shipping reports from Manufacturers (within the UK)Responsible for promoting excellent customer satisfaction at all times
