LSR is proudly partnered with a global medical device manufacturer and distributor that is looking to continue its aggressive growth plans within its Sales team. Specifically in Theatres, Critical Care & A&E to work with other sales specialists when agreed with the manager, and support with training on specific products.This is a field-based role overseeing the North West Area.ResponsibilitiesAnalyses the marketplace, develops an effective territory/account sales strategy and presents the strategy to management to gain approval for implementationPerforms all activities to maximize sales (in line with the sales strategy) from product introduction, presentation, and trial to closing and contract negotiationManages product mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed aimsUses customer and prospect contact tools and systems, and updates relevant information held in these systemsResponds to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.Monitors and reports on market and competitor activities and provides relevant reports and informationRecords, analyses, reports and administers according to systems and requirements.ExperienceAt least 3 years of selling experience with consistent over-plan performanceThorough knowledge of the NHS competitive marketplaceThorough knowledge of the decision-making process with customers (economic buyer, reimbursement)If this position is of interest to you or somebody you may know please feel free to reach out to me directly - luke.mcclean@lifescirecruitment.com
