Working as an integral part of the finance team, the position holder will be responsible for assisting the finance team in the production & running of all financial matters limited.
Role responsibilities:
- Assist FM in preparation of monthly management accounts and monthly management reporting.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Customer accounts reconciliations
- Supplier account reconciliations
- Credit control - reconciling trade customer accounts & chasing trade customers for payment.
- Ensuring payments, amounts & records are correct.
- Managing sales, purchase ledgers & journals
- Assist in processing day to day transactions.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in working in a finance role.
- An understanding of double entry bookkeeping.
- Working towards being fully qualified or part qualified (Support Options available - CIMA, ACCA, AAT)
- Enjoys & experienced working in high paced environment.
- Experienced with bank reconciliations.
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively to meet deadlines.

- Strong IT skills across MS office, in particular excel (Pivot tables & V lookups)
- Well organised and flexible to meeting the requirements of the job
- High attention to detail
