My client are a supplier of food products based in the North Manchester, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team
The Role
- Manage a team of 5+ individuals consisting of sales professionals, office professionals and customer service colleagues
- Monitor staff performance
- Monitor customer service budgets
- Monitor staff KPI's
- Produce performance and staff reports
- Policy & procedure implementation
The Candidate
- 3 years + experience in Sales or Customer service management
- 3 years + experience working in a product environment
- Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel
- Hungry for success
- Self-Starter

Competitive base salary - 38,300 - 44,900
Modern offices & free parking
Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5pm (office based)
26 days holiday + bank holidays
