We have a fabulous opportunity to join the enthusiastic and professional team at our head office in Carnforth. We are looking to recruit a hands-on booking consultant with a can do attitude to deliver our clients both internal and external an excellent quality service whilst assisting the business to achieve overall profitability in their department.
Main duties and responsibilities: - Taking enquiries from marketing platforms and telephone
- Turning enquiries into bookings
- Delivering with great customer service
- Working closely with the Managers to ensure that revenue targets are met.
- Handle guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner
Key Skills and Experience - Experience in a similar role or travel agency role
- Will be passionate about delivering good customer experiences
- Will have an excellent eye for detail
- Be very hands on
- A good communicator and good English and Maths
