Class 1 are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the hospitality division within our Hounslow office.
This role is perfect for individuals that are ready to swap their on-site duties for an office.If you are a people person with experience running events/restaurants/bars and want to gain valuable experience from the other side, then this could be the role you never knew you needed.
Duties will include account managing, recourcing/recruiting candidates, managing bookings and on-site check-ins.
Office hours are Mon to Fri (Apply online only) however, as with all hospitality work, requirements in peak season for weekend support would be required along with being on-call.
Role and Responsibilities- Working at our Hounslow Office to oversee a portfolio of mixed clients including contract catering, premium hotels, sporting stadias/arenas/venues
- Ensure on target performance is reached monthly and in line with annual target
- Recruiting and onboarding a regular pool of chefs, plate waiting staff, bartenders, kitchen porters, logistic/cellar porters, managers plus all grades of hospitality staff to meet individual clients' demands
- Meeting and working with clients to build relationships, review services and re-book staff
- Attending staff check-ins
Essential Attributes- Previous recruitment experience within the hospitality sector
- Able to provide your own black book of clients
- An excellent communicator
- Ability to problem solve and work in an extremely fast paced environment
- Self-motivated and proactive
