Here at Find My Staff we are currently recruiting for a Permanent Operation Coordinator for a well established client, to be based in their central London Office
The role will be paying between 35,000 - 38,000 per annum based on experience, hours to be 9am - 5.30pm, there will be requirements for remote working but must be able to travel into there London office as and when required,
The role will involve
- Overseeing and managing the use of timegate
- Reviewing current use of the system and finding simpler ways to use
- Supporting and helping with training the wider business with sufficient ways of using the system
- Develop the running of the system and using it effectively
The ideal candidate they are looking for will have,
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience with project management
- Experience using the timegate system (MUST)
- Excellent IT Skills
- Flexibility to travel as and when required
