The Product Manager as a Service (MaaS) will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of new digital tools and features within INNIO myPlant platform. The tools will be used in the business area Services. This includes the collaboration with INNIO Digital, Services, Sales and Engineering departments to ensure efficient customer connect and growth of the new business field. The Product Management part of the role is accountable for the success life cycle management of the relevant myPlant tools to achieve growth objectives and meet our customer and market needs. With the Project Manager skills and customer focus, you will support INNIOs services & sales by leading initiatives and implement features and tools in INNIOs myPlant platform to streamline and automate customer value propositions.
Your Responsibilities: - Creation of new business models within the INNIO myPlant platform
- Oversee and manage current product portfolio by monitoring and analyzing product sales figures, forecasts and KPIs
- Drive go-to-market strategy, commercialization and pricing of the service offerings within the managed portfolio
- Lead digital projects with the approach to generate completely automatized commercial and technical recommendations to our customers, based on real-time engine data and behavior
- Enable a simple implementation of the proposed measures with a customer-focused digital end-to-end approach
- Define, coordinate, and manage the development of additional insights and features in dashboards and tools, that identify new commercial opportunities or engine anomalies across the INNIO fleet
- Day to day project execution against pre-defined requirements and schedule with Digital team. Ensure on-time project deliverables, within budget. Continued identification, treatment, and retirement of project risks
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Report project status to relevant stakeholders and Senior Leadership
- Facilitate communication between involved departments including standard meeting structure to ensure action tracking and issue resolution
- Ensure cross functional coordination of technical and commercial project execution in cooperation with Service, Sales, and Engineering
- Bachelor or Master degree in a commercial related field
- Very good experience in product and project management in the relevant industry
- Project management experience in executing cross functional (IT) projects
- Recognized expert with proven track record in project execution and product management
- Project Management tools certification with ideally experience in the energy sector
- Substantial experience in management technical projects with customer focus
- Experience in a technical service and/or sales area

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
