The Role
- Monitoring critical metrics and evaluating the performance of teams and individuals.
- Identifying growth opportunities or knowledge gaps within the sales team.
- Managing strategic departmental goals.
- Driving sales through constant coaching, motivation, and feedback.
- Carrying out periodic performance management reviews on the team.
- Acting as the first level in vetting and resolving client and supplier service issues.
- Managing the entire client service cycle.
Experience
- 4 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Experience working with Tour Operator Software (Kaptio, Tour Plan, etc.).
- Google Suite.
- High level of client-centricity.
- Excellent people management skills.
- A diploma or degree in tourism is advantageous.
