- Degree compulsory CIMA
- BCOM degree
- 8-10 years' experience as a Financial Manager
- FMCG experience advantageous
- Expert level excel experience
Implement and maintain the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and
overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting within the Company
- Ensure effective communication with the Board Members on the financial forecasts and
operating revenue - Advise on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions.
- Provide assistance and advice to departments and staff regarding general budgeting and
financial reporting needs, including business plans, costing and pricing proposals, etc. - Manage and assist with the preparation, consolidation and review of strategy, plans and
budgets for the division and each branch (Operational and Capex). - Assist with the training within the company in relation to financial responsibilities, both on the job and through participation in workshops and discussion groups
- Coach non-financial managers on interpreting and communicating financial data
- Manage the Financial team/s ensuring fair allocation of workload
- Manage the delivery of operational activities of staff
- Provide input and feedback from performance reviews and assist in improving staff's
performance - Schedule staff leave and maintain staff records
- Supervise, teach and motivate the team
- Take responsibility for staff work, induction and on-job training
