Hire Resolve is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business Development for a solar energy company. As the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Hire Resolve. You will develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for Hire Resolve
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead negotiations and close deals with new clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives
- Analyse data and prepare reports on business development activities and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development
- Demonstrable experience in construction contracts
- Strong network and connections in the industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as required
