Responsibilities:
- Engage with the Commercial Team and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, particularly in the accuracy of figures in all reports.
- Adhere to deadlines, policies, and procedures to achieve main objectives.
- Address queries, assist in problem resolution, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Identify and recommend improvements to working procedures to enhance efficiency and the working environment.
- Maximize the use of in-house systems for efficient reporting and follow-up.
- Support and leverage Admin Team colleagues by sharing skills and knowledge on relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric/Senior Certificate.
- Tertiary qualification in any business-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (Admin, Sales, or Marketing).
- Proficient in computer literacy, with intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Strong administration abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to perform tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
