We are recruiting a suitably qualified and experienced financial manager to lead our Finance Shared Services team. You will be working closely with the CFO and Operational leads to provide effective transactional support to the business overseeing the revenue / debtors function and the purchasing / creditors' function. The successful Finance Manager – Shared Services will also be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the revenue function including invoicing, debt collection, dispute management and cashbook together with aspects of the purchasing function including requisitions, PO’s, supplier invoice processing and payments.
Building relationships with key business partners
Understanding the business Building relationships – up and down Provide sound financial and clear advice. Communicate findings to the team. Aid the field to understand the process and to address queries. People management of the Shared Services Team

Management of the invoice / debtors function
Contract entry and management Ensure that the Invoice function is effective and efficient. Ensure that Debtors function is effective and efficient.
Management of the purchasing / creditors function
Ensure that the Purchasing function is effective and efficient. Ensure that creditors function is effective and efficient.
Business process innovation – financial, operational, systems
Continuously work on improvements in transactional and operations business process Review all business systems (finance and operations) for innovation and improvement. Focus on digitizing functions where possible. Integrate business or division functions where required.
Job Requirements
Accounting Degree or appropriate tertiary education Accpac (Sage 300) Experience in HR-related matters – People management Operations and Service background Knowledge of auditing within the services, and/or Food production industry or cleaning industry would be advantageous. Deep competency in respect of varied financial management and accounting activities Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously. Enjoy a fast-paced environment. Technically strong Work within established standards and guidelines Expertise-based problem solving Project Management Experience will be advantageous Experience working with a Total Quality Management system will be advantageous
