A leading organisation is looking for an Attribution Analyst to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with implementing performance and attribution management practices within the company. Monitoring of performance and attribution compliance with mandates and policies. Perform and manage the data reconciliation process between the source system and performance measurement and attribution system. To calculate and monitor the performance and attribution of the company’s investment portfolios. Identify sources of portfolio outperformance or underperformance through performance attribution analysis. Measure and report on portfolio performance versus stipulated benchmark timeously on a monthly and quarterly basis. Contribute to the compilation of performance reports for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., management and clients). Assist with presentation of performance reports to internal and external stakeholders. Maintenance of performance and attribution systems. Assist with GIPS compliance monthly maintenance.
Requirements:
BCom Degree in commerce, science or any related equivalent qualification. CFA, CIPM and/or equivalent advantageous. 2 - 4 years relevant experience. FAIS RE 05 certification or must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
