JOB PURPOSE
The Sales Admin candidate is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative functions within a branch. Their role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks.
- Handle telephone calls - queries and requests
- Quotation and order processing of clients
- Provide technical information of products sold / quoted
- Ordering of stock for clients
- Timeous delivery of stock ordered by client
- Communication to clients regarding back orders and lead times
- Updating, maintaining, follow up on back orders
- Data capturing and administration all sales
- Maintaining monthly Sales reports, invoices
- Assisting with Stock usage and stock holding
- Checking of data accuracy on orders, invoicing, and credits
- Communication to clients regarding queries, missing information and orders required
- Leasing with branch supervisor and drivers to insure timely collections and deliveries
- Ensuring sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Assisting stores with stock receivals and communicate any discrepancies
- Assisting with labelling of stock
- Assisting with debtors and age analysis
- Data capturing and administration of fleet - company vehicles
