Must have a Degree in Human Resources Management or Human Resources Development
Must have an Occupational Directed Education Training and Development Practices Certificate.
Must have 4-6 years of experience in Learning and Development Management.
Must have knowledge of corporate governance practices.
Must have knowledge of the L&D technical field like applicable laws, regulations, and general instructions.
Must have experience in planning and developing training initiatives based on business requirements.
Must have experience to influence all stakeholders.
Must have planning, coordination, and project management skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
