Hire Resolve’s Client is seeking a skilled and motivated Endpoint Technician to join. As an Endpoint Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of endpoints such as desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Respond to IT support tickets and provide timely resolution Collaborate with team members to implement and support hardware and software upgrades Create and maintain documentation of IT systems and procedures Assist with asset management and inventory control Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Requirements
Proven experience as an Endpoint Technician or similar role Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems Experience with device imaging and software deployment Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of networking and security principles Relevant certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCSA/MCSE are preferred High school diploma or equivalent required, degree or diploma in IT or related field is a plus
