Overview
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Point of Sale Manager to join their team in the beverage industry in the Western Cape region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, as well as a proven track record of managing point-of-sale systems and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement point-of-sale strategies to drive sales and improve brand visibility. Manage the design, production, and distribution of point-of-sale materials. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of point-of-sale initiatives. Train and support retail staff on how to effectively utilize point-of-sale materials. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in point-of-sale management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in the FMCG industry and the Off-Premise trade specifically. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI. Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills. High numerical ability; discerns trends, patterns, and anomalies in data with probable cause and effect. Must have the ability to retrieve, understand, and interpret data from numerous sources. Operations & Logistics experience would be an advantage. Project Management & experience in briefing and managing external agency partners. Must have a valid driver’s license and own transport.
