We have an amazing opportunity for a Chief Operating Officer in Johannesburg!
We require a candidate with:
•Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
•Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
•Reporting, including data sanitization, building reports etc.
•Must have at least 10 years outbound call centre operations experience at senior manager
•or executive level.
•Must have matric.
•Ability to work logically through processes, critique and optimize as necessary.
•Financial acumen, including understanding of profit & loss on company P&L as well as
•profitability of specific initiatives, understanding of key metrics as may be relevant to each part of a process.
