Description:
Hire Resolve’s client is looking for a Compliance Officer/Administrator or Programme Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies or assisting with the coordination and management of various programmes and projects within the organization.
Compliance Officer/Administrator Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards Conduct internal compliance audits and investigations Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters Maintain compliance records and documentation
Programme Administrator Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage various programmes and projects Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation Prepare and present project reports to management
Requirements:
Requirements for Compliance Officer/Administrator
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field Understanding of relevant laws and regulations Experience in compliance or administrative roles Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements for Programme Administrator
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Experience in coordinating and managing programmes or projects Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
