Job Description
Proficient with MS Office applications– Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent communication and analytical skill
Should have been in People Manager role for minimum 1 year
Should have at least 2 years experience in Quality Leadership role, preferably on a Voice Campaign.
Domain knowledge of F&A(Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) would be an added advantage
Experience in Root cause analysis and data insight
Strong reporting ability
Transactional quality experience
