Our client a Financial Service company in George is recruiting for an experienced, Administrator (Risk Asset Management) to join them.
They are looking for a dynamic, vibrant and intelligent individual who wants to pursue a career in short-term insurance.
The position does not require the individual to have all the relevant qualifications immediately, however the suitable candidate must have the necessary experience in short-term insurance and upon permanent appointment, will be required to complete a formal insurance qualification (COB, SMK, RE).
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
RE5 Qualification
One to three years relevant short-term insurance, underwriting, and claims experience
Computer Literate (advanced) with excellent interpersonal and e-mail communication skills
Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Valid driver’s license (Code 08)

Responsibilities include:
Register and update claims from clients
Liaise with insurers and clients on all aspects of the claims process and policy amendments
Follow up with Insurers / Call Centers regarding claims progress
Capture new business quotations
Handle client queries effectively and professionally; and
Underwriting in accordance with company policies and procedures
