We are looking for a dynamic Traffic and Account Support Coordinator.
What will you do:
You will ensure efficient workflow and coordination between departments, managing project timelines and deliverable and supporting the Key Account Executive for the Retail account.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Ensure all project stages meet required deliverables
- Manage project timelines from initiation to final deadlines
- Oversee daily schedules, production meetings and status updates
- Coordinate multiple projects, maintaining clear communication with all parties
- Ensure copy accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
Media Management
- Handle media bookings and manage material transmission processes
- Develop and maintain media platform contacts and understand media processes
Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Facilitate timely communication between digital marketing, accounts and production teams
- Monitor and improve traffic processes
- Utilise resources effectively while adhering to budgets
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key departments and clients
What do you need:
- Matric exemption and a minimum three-year degree or relevant diploma
- Five to ten years' experience in media management, media trafficking and/or project management
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with media trafficking programmes advantageous
- Knowledge of various media channels
- Experience in agency, FMCG or retail industries advantageous
