Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-5 years previous experience as a VAF secretary.
- Completed Matric.
- Administratively strong and able to independently handle at least 100 VAF files independently.
- Able to function on CACS, VAF Legal and GhostPractice.
Experience Required:
- Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other vehicle and asset finance related documentation.
- Ability to function and excel under immense pressure to ensure that the necessary timelines are met.
- Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times.
- Ability to liaise in the prescribed manner with banks and debtors.
- Ability to liaise in the prescribed manner with the Sheriff offices and other role players.
- Able to function on CaseLines and CourtOnline.
- Previous experience in working on Ghost Practice, My Attorney and CACS will be an advantage.
Skills Required:
- Ability to be able to multi-task and prioritise.
- Must be extremely well-organised and conscientious.
- Strong communication skill.
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality.
