We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Administrator to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property financial management and a strong background in MDA systems, advanced Excel, and tenant billing processes.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee tenant billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle municipal billing sheets and liaise with municipalities on related matters.
- Process and manage supplier invoices and creditor accounts.
- Generate payments for suppliers and creditors with precision.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Utilize MDA software for financial management tasks and reporting.
- Conduct advanced Excel tasks.
Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property financial administration.
- Proficiency in MDA property management software.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of tenant billing processes and municipal billing procedures.
