The main product, The Audit Toolbar, is an Excel plug-in that speeds up audit tasks by up to 90%, improving quality, standardization, and compliance. It automates data formatting, sampling, testing, and analytics within Excel, integrating seamlessly into any audit software.
As a Client Growth Specialist, you will need a passion for technology and finance, a proven sales track record, and experience with accountancy firms. This role is crucial for expanding the company's presence in South Africa, introducing The Audit Toolbar to new audit professionals, and demonstrating its value. The goal is to grow the user base and drive profitable revenues.
Minimum Requirements:
Strong background in SaaS sales and customer engagement
CRM experience (ideally Zoho)
Knowledge of Accounting and Audit workflows
5+ years of commercial experience
Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams)
Social media literate
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Accounting and Audit firms
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in prospective client firms
Present and demonstrate The Audit Toolbar to potential clients, highlighting benefits and workflow opportunities
Maintain sales activity performance levels to drive OTS (Opportunities To Sell) and nurture the sales pipeline in the company CRM platform (Zoho)
Negotiate and close new user deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets
Drive seamless new user sign-ups via our automated platform to ensure continuity in the sales process and avoid aborted sales opportunities
Work with Client Success Managers and Finance to enable a clean "hand-off" from the sales function
Collaborate with the Client and Revenue Growth Teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings based on feedback from prospects and clients
Provide feedback to the management team on market needs and sales workflow refinement
Identify, build, and maintain your target audience database within your sales territory
Build and maintain a library of sales assets for use in sales activity
Contribute to and refine the Sales Toolbox to provide resources for the sales team to drive growth
Manage your workflow and activity with the company Zoho CRM system
Provide a weekly report on prospecting activity levels, including sales forecasts on new revenue and user potential to track performance to target levels
Work with the Founders to deliver successful product demonstrations and learn to deliver standalone demos
Pro-active digital sales outreach to new accounting and audit firms at Decision Maker level
Maintain activity quota to enable achievement of personal sales targets
