Job Description Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on the new ERP system. Create training materials, including manuals, guides, and videos. Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training programs, with a focus on ERP systems.
Excellent presentation and instructional skills.
Experience with e-learning platforms and training software.
Requirements Matric and diploma / Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. EXPERIENCE (PRACTICAL ON-THEJOB EXPERIENCE) • 3-5 years’ experience administering an ERP system. • Experience with ERP Systems advantageous • Experience in, report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modelling advantageous. • Must have experience managing projects, setting up, deployment of information systems. • Experience in Microsoft 365 products and Business reporting Tools/Solutions will be advantageous KEY COMPETENCIES Knowledge (what must I know): • Computer Literate • Excel • ERP systems Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display) • Have a good understanding of business processes and the documentation thereof. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
