The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning and staffing, recruitment, on boarding, payroll/ time and attendance/ benefit administration, performance contribution systems. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
•10 – 15 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
•B.Com Degree: HR – None Negotiable
•8 - 10 years’ managing trade unions
•Relevant Legislation – Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Employment Equity Act.
•Mining or heavy industry experience essential
