Duties:
- Budget management
- Appointment management
- Greeting visitors
- Liaising with suppliers
- Ordering supplies for the office
- Run errands
- Supervising office staff
Must have:
- Matric
- Own transport
- Computer literate - Use PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent English communication - written and verbal
- Deadline driven
- Attention to detail
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
- Will be a plus if you can speak Mandarin
