Superintendent Business Development- (Gauteng/ Hybrid)
New opportunity for a someone with a legal background to assist with research, analysis, management and presentation of Business Development opportunities and creating long- term value for the organization and relevant stakeholders.
The candidate should have sound knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, be able to draft complex agreements. Our client is committed to the highest standards of corporate governance, ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.

Research,CorporateGovernance&OrganisationalEthics
Keepingabreastofthebusiness,economic,political,andregulatory climate in the regions in which the organisationoperatesonagloballevel. Conducting industry, commodity, and regional research, asrequired. Benchmarkingcommercialandbusinessindicatorsagainstpeers. Presentingrecommendationsinaprofessionalmanner. Complying with professional codes of conduct, organisationalcodesofethics,grouppolicies,protocolsandproceduresas
wellasbusinesslegalrequirements.
Internal&ExternalOpportunities
Internal:
ConceptualPhase:Assistingandparticipatingintrade-offstudies.Assisting with the evaluation of alternatives andconductingfinancialviabilitystudies. Pre-FeasibilityPhase:Assistingwiththerefinementofprojectassumptionsandconductingfurtherstudiesasrequired. FeasibilityPhase:Assistingwiththerefinementofprojects(duediligence,analysis,etc.)to required level ofaccuracy forimplementation. For all Phases:Assist in the compilation of findings andrecommendations to provide insight for executive decisionmaking.
External:

Qualifications:
NQF 7 (Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) in any of thebelowfields: Law(bothBComandLLB) Economics BComAccounting(CARoute) BComFinance/BusinessSciences MiningEngineering/Geology(Essentialtohaveafinance/business background as well (i.e., MBA, CFA, orsimilarprogram)
Experience:
Onetotwoyearsrelevantpostarticlesexperienceor Atleast5years’experienceinarelatedrole
Legal:
