Our client is a successful multi-national organization that is a leader in manufacturing top-quality goods and services with and owner of brands that you use on an almost daily basis. This position involves working closely with Local Business Partners, Sourcing teams, and Category teams to align actions and strategies based on gathered data and business requirements. The role focuses on liaising with stakeholders across all functions, plant operations, production, and sites within the designated market.
Requirements:
- BCom Degree in either procurement, supply chain or finance.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- A strong understanding of financial numbers would be advantageous.
- Strong background in supplier and contract management
- Proven track record in drive competitiveness and successful strategy implementation.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
