Our client, specializing in the labour relations industry in the Port Elizabeth region, is seeking a Labour Relations Agent, who would fit in well with their dynamic team. Reporting into the CEO and Compliance Officer on all matters.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with the Main Collective Agreement
- Assist in the prevention and resolutions of Labour Disputes
- Inspections of Establishments
- Professional interaction and liaison with employers and employees of establishments
- Meeting deadlines and targets
- Handling and resolving queries
- Monthly reports
- Weekly planning of appointments
Requirements:
- B Degree will be an advantage but not a requirement
- Post graduate qualification in Labour Relations
- Experience working on SAP
- Detailed knowledge of Bargaining Councils – History, Functions, Processes and Structures
- 2 Years’ Bargaining Council experience
- 2 Years’ Labour Relations/Law experience
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Willing to travel to regions and possess a valid Driver’s Licence
- Own reliable transport
