Job Description Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and the project team. Maintain project documentation, schedules, and communication records. Assist with meeting coordination, reporting, and project logistics.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field.
3+ years of experience in project administration, preferably in IT or ERP projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

EXPERIENCE (PRACTICAL ON-THEJOB EXPERIENCE) • 3-5 years’ experience administering an ERP system. • Experience with ERP Systems advantageous • Experience in, report writers, SQL, workflow, and UML modelling advantageous. • Must have experience managing projects, setting up, deployment of information systems. • Experience in Microsoft 365 products and Business reporting Tools/Solutions will be advantageous KEY COMPETENCIES Knowledge (what must I know): • Computer Literate • Excel • ERP systems Skills and Abilities (what must I be able to do / display) • Have a good understanding of business processes and the documentation thereof. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
