Job Summary
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences? We're seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Client Services team and drive success for our prestigious clients.
Core Deliverables
- Collaborate closely with the Account Director to shape and execute strategic projects
- Orchestrate multi-faceted campaigns from conception to flawless delivery
- Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables with precision and foresight
- Manage cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, P&C, Sales, Creative, Strategy, and Marketing
- Lead budget management and resource allocation with a keen eye for optimization
- Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery of all components
- Drive quality assurance processes to exceed client expectations
- Present compelling progress reports and solutions to key stakeholders
- Adapt swiftly to changes, ensuring project success in dynamic environments

- Proven track record of delivering high-standard service aligned with client expectations
- Extensive experience managing large-scale, client-facing projects
