Our Client is Looking for a Junior HR Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department.
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
- Assist Management with policy formulation, hiring, and wages administration.
- Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews.
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
- Assist with implementing the company's disciplinary policy.
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution of their queries.
Key Skills:
- Prior experience in a similar position.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HR regulations, including knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR) and the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation, and Arbitration (CCMA).
Qualifications:
- High school Grade 12 or equivalent.
