We are seeking a dedicated Academic Administrator for the Faculty of Humanities to provide comprehensive administrative support across our academic programs and manage daily office operations.
Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
Relevant qualification
1-3 years’ experience in a similar role (academic administrator or assessor)
Previous experience as a programme administrator is advantageous but not essential
Proficiency in MS Office
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to academic personnel
Manage bookings, attendance, correspondence, minutes, and agendas
Administer and maintain academic databases
Handle student queries and maintain a central database of academic queries
General office administration including filing, visitor arrangements, student support, and assessment administration
Implement and monitor projects, providing progress reports
