Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives and managers
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements - Proven experience as a receptionist
- Experience using Buildsmart
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Exceptional customer service skills
