Account Manager
A top national chemicals, flavours, fragrances and food distribution company is looking for an Account Manager to join their successful team.
The company offers an array of quality products to fit detergent, pharmaceutical, food and metallurgical needs, at competitive prices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and control the sale of company products to new and existing customers.
- Act as primary liaison with customers and perform customer care and after-sale service.
- Make regular personal visits to the customers to develop relationships.
- Manage, control and report on market research and customer visits and contacts.
- Assist with the collection of customer payments.
- Execute sales related administration when required.
- Assist with the physical monthly stock takes if required by the manager.
- Ensure adherence to ISO Procedures relating to the position.
- Provide top class service and achieve sales GP targets.
- Provide forecasts and budgets on expected sales.
- Provide monthly price lists for selected customers.
- Execute any other function that is required by the company.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric.
- Sales and marketing qualification an advantage.
- Confident.
- Professional.
- Articulate.
- Driven.
- Client service orientated.
- Well presented and self-motivated individual.
- Customer relationship management.
- Experience in the food industry is an advantage.
- Own vehicle essential.
Package & Remuneration
R400K CTC per annum.
