Are you ready to play a key role in shaping our People & Culture strategy as Head of Human Resources BU (f/m/d)? As a member of the HR management team, you will be responsible for all HR-related topics in your area of responsibility.
Location: Holzwickede or Hilden
- You manage all HR matrix functions of the BU, set performance standards for the evaluation of the local HR teams in your BU and thus ensure high performance.
- In addition, you ensure the implementation of the group-wide and BU-specific People & Culture strategy as well as the defined measures, targets and standards.
- You act as a coach and advise our managers on strategic issues and sensitive employee relations topics.
- You will also recruit new employees as needed using various resources and use data and analytics to gain insights into employee turnover trends.
- You will also implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment and ensure that all HR operations comply with legal standards.
- Last but not least, you will work closely with other HR managers, design compensation and benefits plans for employees and develop training and development programs.
- You have at least 6 years of professional experience in various functions in the area of People & Culture in a global company as well as sound knowledge in all specialist areas.
- In addition, you have already successfully developed and implemented a sustainable/innovative HR and culture strategy as well as organizational development projects in an international environment.
- You are an experienced leader with management responsibility for larger teams and preferably other managers and have already gained experience in managing complex project topics.
- You also take responsibility and make decisions, even under uncertain conditions, translate goals, decisions and ideas into concrete measures and ensure consistent and results-oriented implementation.
- You promote cooperation and work with others in a trusting and constructive manner, even across national, cultural and continental borders.
- Your sense of empathy and respect promote fair treatment of everyone, you inspire people and get them excited about topics and tasks and you have a strong hands-on attitude and service mentality.
